Booking Process & Confirmation
1.1. All bookings begin with a complimentary 15-minute consultation, which must be scheduled via our website through the integrated calendar system (Calendly).
1.2. No planning services will commence until the consultation has taken place and full payment has been received for your selected service tier. Once payment is processed, your planning session is officially confirmed.
1.3. By making a booking, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all individuals included in the booking.
1.4. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal and travel information, including full legal names (as shown on passports), date of birth, nationality, and travel preferences.
1.5. Please review your itinerary and all personal details carefully before confirming any bookings. Destination Planna is not responsible for errors that result in denied boarding, additional charges, or cancellations due to incorrect information.
Complimentary Consultation
2.1. All new clients are entitled to one free 15-minute consultation. During this session, we will discuss your travel goals, destination preferences, group size, and the occasion.
2.2. Consultations must be scheduled through our online calendar. These are advisory only and do not include any planning services.
2.3. Any additional consultation time may be billed separately at our discretion.
Payment Terms
3.1. Full payment is required upfront to begin travel planning. This applies to all service tiers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2. Your selected package and planning services are only confirmed once payment is successfully received.
3.3. Payment methods accepted will be outlined during the booking process. All transactions are securely processed.
3.4. All service fees are non-refundable once planning has commenced.
3.5. Failure to make payment by the specified deadline may result in automatic cancellation without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment.
3.6. Prices and service rates are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until full payment is received and acknowledged by Destination Planna.
Client Responsibilities
As a client of Destination Planna, you are responsible for:
4.1. Providing accurate and complete travel information, including legal names, dates, group size, and budget.
4.2. Booking and managing your own flights, travel insurance, visas, and travel documents.
4.3. Reviewing all confirmation details provided and notifying us promptly of any changes.
4.4. Ensuring all information provided is accurate at the time of booking.
Travel Documentation
5.1. You are responsible for ensuring that all travellers have valid passports, visas, and any required health or entry documents for each destination.
5.2. Destination Planna is not liable for any disruptions or losses caused by incomplete, incorrect, or expired documentation.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against cancellations, delays, lost luggage, or medical emergencies.
6.1. Destination Planna does not provide insurance and will not be held responsible for costs or losses incurred due to lack of coverage.
Changes & Cancellations
7.1. Any changes to your trip after planning has commenced may incur additional fees.
7.2. Destination Planna is not responsible for cancellations, availability changes, or delays caused by third-party vendors.
7.3. We will make every effort to assist with rescheduling, but refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to third-party provider policies.
Liability Disclaimer
Destination Planna operates solely as a travel planning and coordination service. We are not liable for:
8.1. Delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by airlines, hotels, or other third parties.
8.2. Missed flights, denied boarding, or entry refusals due to documentation issues.
8.3. Loss, theft, injury, or disruptions caused by force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, etc.).
Personalised Luxury Gifts
9.1. Customisation
All personalised gifts are created based on the details you provide. Please ensure names, dates, and other personalisation requests are correct at the time of order, as we cannot accept responsibility for errors provided to us.
9.2. Lead Time
To guarantee availability, we recommend a minimum notice period of 4–6 weeks. Shorter notice requests may be possible but are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
9.3. Sourcing & Substitutions
We work with trusted suppliers to curate luxury items. In the rare case that a specific product is unavailable, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and provide suitable alternative options for you to choose from.
9.4. Payment
Full payment is required before sourcing begins. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
9.5. Cancellations & Refunds
As items are personalised and sourced to order, all sales are final. Cancellations after confirmation are non-refundable.
9.6. Delivery & Responsibility
Destination Planna will coordinate delivery to your venue or accommodation where possible. Once delivered, responsibility for the items passes to you.

By booking a consultation and submitting payment for any Destination Planna service package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
